This page explains what The Akoni Global ("Akoni", "we") collects when you use this website or request early access to Akoni Loop, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Early-access requests. The email address and any store details you choose to send us. We use them only to reply to you and to set up early access if you join.
• Website use. This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
• Fonts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested.

When you connect a store (early access)

If you join early access and connect a storefront, Akoni Loop reads your product listings and performance data (such as impressions and clicks) to rewrite and measure listings. We keep a version history of every change so it can be reviewed and rolled back. We do not sell this data and we do not use one store's private data to train models for another store.

Where data is kept

Our systems run on Amazon Web Services. Data is stored in the AWS region we select for the service and protected with access controls and encryption at rest and in transit.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@akonilabs.com. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
